ASSEMBLIES

How to make Assemblies:
Firstly we open a peach tree and then open your existing company and then click on the task bar and here we select the Assemblies which is shown in the following window.


After that click on the Assemblies then the following window will be open.
Here we fill the following information.
Item id
Name
Reference
Date
Quantity on hand
Quantity to build
New quantity
Reason to build.
After complete this click on the save button which is shown in the following..

purchased received inventory

Purchases received inventory
We can maintain the purchases received inventory on the peach tree software. In the purchases received inventory we will enter the information about those goods which received by vendor.
Select the purchases received inventory option from the task bar:
After selecting the following window will be appear:
In the above window we will enter the following information:
·       Vendor ID
·       Change the date
·       Enter the invoice no
·       Select the purchase order no
When we select the purchase order no the page will be automatically change:
In this window enter the quantity of received goods.
We will save all the information after entering the information.

QUOTES AND SALES ORDER

QUOTES AND SALES ORDER
Quotes mean quotations that we are sending to our customer to acknowledge them to purchase a certain quantity of goods from us.
Open the peach tree software and select the quotes sales order option from the tasks bar:


Select the quotes from the window, the following window will be appear:
In the above window we will enter the following information:
·       Select the customer ID
·       Change the date
·       Enter the quote no
·       Select the ship via
·       Enter the quantity
·       Select the item
·       Enter the unit price
·       The amount will automatically appear
When we receive the reply from customer then we will change our quotes into the sales order.
Select the sales order from the quotes/sales order option from the task bar, the following window will be appear:
On this window we will change the quotes into the sales order and after that we will save all the information by pressing Alt + S.

REPORTS


REPORTS


Firstly we open a peachtree software then open our company and then click on the reports and the following window will be open.

In this window all accounts are shown which we can take out according to our requirement. So we discuss about the financial statement.
Firstly we click on the financial satement and the following window will be open.
Here we have an all finanical satement and we select any one but we select balance sheet as a example.and the following window will be open.
In this window we select time frame and all necessary information and then click on the ok and the following window will be open.
The above window show the current balance sheet.
If we want to change the font size click on the design then automtically change its design which is shown in the following.
If we double click on this window then the following windw will be open and here we change the fornt size etc..
After that if we want to change our balance sheet into execl the software also provide that option. When we click the excel then the following window will be open.
Here we clcik on the ok then the its change into excel file.

receipts

RECEIPTS

Firstly we open a peachtree software and then open our existing company and click on the task here we click on the receipt and the following window will be open.

In this window we have to enter deposit ticket id.
Customer id
Then refernce it is complusory
And also given recipt number
And date.

Global:

Global:
Firstly we open a Peachtree software here we click on the option bar and the following window will be open.

After click on the global the following window will be open.
The above window contains four heads.
Accounting
General
Peach tree partners
Spelling
The first head accounting here we can set that transaction 2 to 5 decimal will be allowed and that the Decimal Entry will be Manual or Automatic.
Hide General Ledger Accounts show the
Accounts receivable
Accounts Payable
Payroll entry. Other options are also available in which you can inform yourself if we forget to save the data before shutting down the Peachtree software.
After that click on the General tab and then the following window will be open.
Here we can improve our performance by selecting the bar. After that click on the Peachtree option and then the following window will be open.
Here we have no partner in Peachtree so we do not discuss it. After that click on the last option spelling which is shown in the following.
Here we can  correct the our spelling by selecting the option if you want to change it. After that click on the ok button.

How to make Credit Memo:

How to make Credit Memo:
Firstly we open a peachtree software and then open your existing company and then click on the task bar and here click on the credit memo which is shown in the following.


After click on the credit memo and the following window will be open.
In the credit memo we disscuss on the sales return. In th crdit memo we will discuss about the following information.
1 Customer Id
2 Credit number
3 Change the date
4 customer purchase order
5 select the item
6 Enter the quantity
7 Enter the item
8 Unit price
9 After entering the unit price the amount automatically appeared.
After complete this information click on the save button.
